We are a team of technology entreprenuers

We are a close-knit group of tech professionals who set out to drive meaningful change. The idea took root during a brief break from our corporate routine. As we reflected on our goals, we turned our attention back to our native towns and communities—places that needed more than just passive tech solutions. We quickly realized that true empowerment requires deeper engagement beyond simply introducing technology.

Our Journey

Realization

Bringing cutting-edge technology was a strong concept, but when we placed computers in rural towns, we quickly learned that hardware alone remains unused without properly trained operators. That epiphany reshaped our approach: for any project to succeed, you must first build local leadership and capability.

We took sabbaticals and traveled back to our roots, traversing unpaved roads and confronting the real, day-to-day challenges of our communities. Seeing the gaps firsthand reaffirmed our commitment to long-term impact.

We established our first skill development center in a rural village in Kolhapur, partnering with local schools, colleges, and community members. Despite initial skepticism, local leaders stepped forward including our founder, Sujata who stood by the mission and helped turn vision into reality.

To ensure community needs are continually heard and addressed, we also support People’s Voice a dedicated civic platform designed to champion local stories, foster unity, and drive advocacy across the regions we serve.
